Expert Guidance The Vishal CPA team has 20+ years of experience helping CPA candidates pass
I contacted Vishal after a failed attempt with REG, in search of some additional guidance on how to push my score into passing. Vishal created a personalized plan for a retake within a short window and guided my focus to which areas would be most beneficial to me. Using his study guide and mock exam I was able to not only pass on my second attempt (within a month of the first attempt) but I scored an 87 after working with him. Overall, working with Vishal [...]

I met Vishal this past year while studying for the CPA Exam. As a fulltime working professional and mom of 2, I was struggling with getting a passing score on Regulation and BEC with just a comprehensive CPA review alone. After 9 months of struggling a Facebook friend recommended Vishal Ghandi as a tutor to help me pass. I met with Vishal and he developed a plan, including weekly classes with explanations of concepts and practice problems. [...]
Lorrie A.B. December 2022
I have taken the CPA Exam a few times now with no luck of passing using Becker. I knew immediately I had to make some serious changes to my studying habits and the way I was learning and retaining the information. I heard of Vishal through a coworker who also used him and this is where things started changing for me.Working with Vishal has been an amazing experience and he has helped me tremendously on my CPA exam journey. The duration of Group Zoom Tutoring sessions can vary to suit the module of the week. On average, they will be around 3 hours to give us ample time to cover the material and answer all of the questions you submitted in advance.
I like to keep the group sizes small because, as I’m sure we’ve all experienced, large Zoom calls pose many difficulties. Group sizes are 5-6 people on average. The small group sizes allow for the personalized tutoring that makes our CPA prep course unique. Group Zoom Class sessions will always be 10 people or less so that we can discuss the CPA study materials at a pace that suits everyone.
Yes, my CPA prep course is designed to support self-guided study, not replace it. You need to work through the CPA study materials and follow your custom study plan to prepare for the group calls. During the Group Zoom Tutoring, I’ll operate under the assumption that you’ve all read the CPA study materials instead of reading from them verbatim. I’ll only refer to them to link what you’ve been studying to what we are discussing, but you need to read them during your self-guided study sessions.
You’ll also be asked to submit any questions you have in advance. This allows me to prepare examples that clarify the concept and to decide if I need to make changes to the CPA study materials.
Our instructors typically teach a topic for about 30 minutes or so and then reinforce that topic by doing MCQ’s and simulations that you might expect to see on the exam. The feedback I often receive from students is how I break down each MCQ “step by step”. This really helps you to absorb the information. Not only do we solve the MCQ, but I also test your knowledge on “how” the examiners can hit that same MCQ in different angles.
I understand that life gets in the way sometimes and you can’t make every Group Tutoring session. Let me know ahead of time and I can record the Group Zoom call for you. The price will be the same as if you attended the live Group Tutoring session.
Yes! If you fail a CPA exam section after attending all of that section's live classes (i.e. whether its FAR, BAR, REG, or AUD) - you can attend the next batch of group live classes at HALF PRICE.
For example: If FAR cost $3,500 for 17 classes and you failed, you can attend the next batch of the 17 FAR group live classes for $1,750.
In 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll work consistently with the same CPA exam tutor to ensure a personalized approach tailored to your needs. For group sessions, various CPA exam tutors may lead classes, each bringing specialized expertise to cover different exam sections. This combination allows you to benefit from consistent guidance while also accessing diverse insights from multiple tutors.
