HOW IT WORKS

Learn At Your Own Pace

When creating my CPA prep course, I wanted to ensure that it was accessible to everyone, no matter their budget, available time, or learning style. That is why I created my membership tiers to ensure you were only paying for the support you need. Your membership is a monthly payment that allows you to access the CPA study materials for the duration of your membership. In addition to your membership, you can book as many Group Zoom Tutoring and Private Zoom Tutoring sessions as you need.

Get Started with My

Simple 5 Step Process

Step 1: Book Your Free Introductory Call

I like to get to know each of my students before they come on board! During this free 1 hour call, we will discuss how you learn and your struggles with studying for the CPA exam. If you have approved testing accommodations, we can discuss that as well! I will gather information about how much time you can commit to studying and create a study plan that works for your schedule. I will also explain how to book Group or Private Zoom tutoring and answer your questions. Finally, we will practice some multiple-choice questions during this Zoom call. This way, you can see if my teaching style is suitable for you!

Step 2: Pick a Membership Tier

I offer two membership tiers, so you only pay for the stuff you need. Both tiers include a personalized study plan and access to me via text message, WhatsApp, or email. Tier 2 provides extras like comprehensive CPA study guides and mock assessments so you can check your understanding. Pick the right membership tier for your needs and sign up.

Step 3: Follow Your Custom Study Plan

Based on what we discussed in the introductory call, I will create a personalized study plan that matches your CPA exam timeline. This study plan will tell you which topics you should be spending your energy on each week and what you should be scoring. I want the study plan to work around your other commitments instead of pressuring you to cram in study at the expense of your job, schooling, or family.

Step 4: Attend Group Zoom Tutoring and Private Zoom Tutoring

Group Zoom Tutoring is optional but strongly recommended to students who want to pass their CPA exams. During the Group Zoom Call, I start by running through the must-knows for the exam. I talk through real-life examples so you can “visualize” the content to help with comprehension. We then test your understanding by walking through multiple choice questions and simulations in class. You will not find me reading through the CPA study materials verbatim. Group Zoom Tutoring is scheduled weekly based on the group’s availability and often happens during the evening and weekends to accommodate busy schedules.

Private Zoom Tutoring is completely optional. As long as you attend the Group sessions each week, you do not need to do Private Zoom Tutoring. However, Private Zoom Tutoring is there to offer extra support when you need it. Many of my students use it to catch up if they missed out on a Group Zoom Tutoring session or for help with a topic they just can’t get their heads around. You will be working 1 on 1 with me, so you can ask any questions you need to, and we can walk through your understanding to spot where things are going wrong.

Step 5: Assess Your Progress 2 Weeks Before the Exam in Private Tutoring

2 weeks before each CPA exam, I strongly recommend booking a Private Zoom Tutoring session so we can assess your preparedness. Now is the time to do Private Zoom Tutoring even if you have been fine on your own. Why? Because I want to assess your understanding of the tough CPA exam concepts. Based on this, I can provide additional teaching to address problem areas.

I will create another 2-week targeted study plan based on your strengths and weaknesses to help you prepare for your CPA exam. You can book private tutoring when you need them, and we will work through the revision topic in minute detail until you understand it. As this is a private session, the whole study session will be tailored to your learning style.

My goal is to have you walk into that CPA exam ready to conquer it!
